Life can be difficult sometimes. All of us can feel stuck or overwhelmed at some point in our lives and could benefit from talking to someone professional who is not personally involved and can provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.

Counselling, and psychotherapy offer you an opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours without being criticised or judged. They can help you recognise your own resources to move forward. At times you may also be given information that might help you towards your goals.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapy that helps people overcome the effects of trauma. Stored distressing memories can sometimes bypass our conscious awareness and show up in the form of sensations, emotions, behaviour reactions, or irrational thoughts that seem stuck and hard to control. EMDR can help to change that by unlocking and reprocessing these distressing experiences.

Therapy can also help you to see things from a different perspective, break free from old unhelpful patterns, heal past traumas, increase self-confidence, gain more clarity, and live a more satisfying and fulfilling life. 

In-Person Therapy

I offer in-person one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy on a short-term or long-term basis, depending on your needs.

My practice is based in two convenient Central London locations. Belgravia, a 2-minute walk from London Victoria Station, and Vauxhall near Vauxhall and Oval stations. We can find a regular time each week to meet.

Online Therapy

Online therapy provides an opportunity to explore a personal difficulty in a confidential and supportive environment from the comfort of your own home. This may help you to focus and express yourself better and more easily. Rescheduling can also be easier. Moreover, you may also enjoy avoiding a commute before and after the sessions.
